- Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of cerebral microcirculation by nimodipine combined with butyl phthalide in patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods: A total of 36 cases with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage patients from our hospital were collected and randomly divided into experiment group and control group with 18 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated by nimodipine injection: patients in the experiment group were treated by nimodipine injection and. butyl phthalide . After treatment 28 days compared the two groups before and after treatment of cerebral microcirculation changed. Results: At the end of the treatment, the total effective rate of the experiment group (88.9%) was higher than the control group (61.1%). the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05); compared with before treatment, the C'BV and C'BF levels of the two groups were increased, and the MTT level was decreased (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the CBV and CBF levels of the experiment group were higher. MTT level was lower (P<0.05): compared with the control group, the experiment group of GOS score was higher, the incidence rate of clinical complications were lower, fatality rate of 6 months was lower, the difference was statistical significance (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Nimodipine combined with butyl phthalide in the treatment of patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage can effectively improve the cerebral microcirculation, improve the patient's survival.
