- Abstract
The article explores the legal rights and recourse available to the baseball players who have confidential 2003 testing records which revealed to the public in the U.S. It suggests various ways that the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA) throughout the negotiation and administration of the drug testing. It mentions the general legal duties owed by unions to their membership for federal legal liability of unions. Also discussed is the contributors who facilitated the publicizing the private and confidential information and the proof and procedural problems.
