- Abstract
The authors offer their views on the visit of the U.S. Air Force to China on September 24-30, 2013 aimed to improve understanding between two armed forces and to reduce military-to-military friction. They agree with the general opinion that constructive relationship between the U.S. and China is important to the continued stability and prosperity of the Asia-Pacific and the world. They believe on the need for the exchange of airpower concepts between the two air forces.
