- Abstract
An interview is provided with the Howard University student activist, entrepreneur and mentor Ayana Evans. When asked about her activist affiliations, she discusses her marching with the National Black United Front (NBUF) movement in Washington, D.C. (District of Columbia). She comments on the professors of Howard University, including her African American literature professors' framing of literature. She discusses the internalization and externalization of freedom.
