- Abstract
EP03.05: Transvaginal sonographic cervical length in 11-14 weeks of gestation in a low-risk population and risk of spontaneous preterm delivery Prospective longitudinal study of women with singleton pregnancy, without cervix surgery, cerclage or progesterone treatment or uterine malformation. We have not observed statistical significant differences between the cervical length in the first trimester in women with premature delivery but we have found statistical differences between the cervical length in the first and second trimester in women with term delivery compared with preterm delivery.
