- Abstract
The article presents a study which examined the use of a single next-generation sequencing (NGS) reaction in mapping transposon insertions in multicellular eukaryotes. A collection of piggybac transposon insertion lines is used on specific chromosomes based on error-correcting Hamming codes, which are enriched by DNA sequencing in Drosophila. Lists and extracted lists of decoded DNA are provided in this study.
