- Abstract
The concept of competence is complexity. There are different categories of competences: technique, professional, generic, basic, transferable, emotional, socio-emotional, personal. The emotional competences are a subgroup of personal competences. We arrange these emotional competences in five blocks: emotional conscience, emotional regulation, emotional autonomy, social competence, life skills and wellbeing. It is important to consider in the management, health and education. We must differentiate in emotional intelligence, emotional competence and emotional education.
