The article presents a case study of an old woman having annular erythematous plaques on the trunk. The woman had medical history of autoimmune thyroiditis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, as well as sinusitis. The patient underwent treatment using oral prednisolone each day in a tapering schedule.
