- Abstract
The author discusses a parliamentary agreement between the Australian Labor Party and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Green Party regarding the ACT Legislative Assembly. The agreement was created following legislative elections in which all political parties lacked sufficient seats to form a government and includes provisions regarding government accountability and transparency, standing committees and the endorsement of Commonwealth principles of government.
