The article presents an analysis on the significant role of ethics in criminal justice administration. It provides an overview of the meaning and value of ethics and the ethical dilemmas and conflict that arise within eh criminal justice administration. It also cites the relationship between ethics and law and aspects of normative and applied ethics as fundamental part to the ethical decision making in the administration of criminal justice.
