- Abstract
The article outlines the research methodology which focuses on the key factors that influence academics' perception of assessment in Australia. it reflects on the concerns of academics about assessment and the future research with regard to the subject matter. It highlights the need to understand the factor that ignites the law students yo improve retention and progression of graduates. Also mentioned is the use of grounded theory approach to assess graduates skills and attributes to motivate students.
