- Abstract
The article reports on the improvement of interprofessional competencies through reflective writing in the nursing education. Topics mentioned include the development of reflective writing assignment to nursing students, the need to develop the interprofessional competencies in collaborative leadership, conflict resolution, and interprofessional communication, and the support of clinical instructors to reflective writing assignment.
