- Abstract
The article discusses the debate that arises due to the Communications Decency Act of 2006 as it elevates various events particularly in the telecommunications device. The author states that there is a need to construct the investigation of the amendment according to the conventional beliefs of judicial legal discretion. An overview of the amendment of Communications Decency Act is also presented.
