- Abstract
There is paucity of information on the management of parasite induced diarrhoea in Asian elephants (Elephas maximus). In the present communication, authors has described two cases of parasitic diarrhea in Asian elephants with clinical signs, detail clinical-laboratory investigations before and after resorting to treatment regimens and documented the entire episodes of management. Authors considers this as baseline information which might be of a guide for effective management for such cases by practicing wildlife, zoo veterinarians or wild animal enclosure and rehabilitation facility managers.
