- Abstract
The article offers information on the risks of wrongful conviction prevailing under the criminal justice system in Poland. It discusses the effectiveness of the Innocence Clinic, which is a program established by Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights (HFHR), a non-governmental organization (NGO) in Poland, in determining miscarriages of justice and providing extraordinary remedy for the innocent who are wrongfully accused or convicted in criminal proceedings.
