- Abstract
The article discusses on the obsession of the school of law regarding rankings as seen in the survey of law schools every year by the U.S. News and World Report. It states that scholars have also adapted on rankings but they identify it through the remarkable decisions that happened in the Supreme Court. It mentions on several outstanding justices which includes Joseph Story, Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr., and Benjamin Cardozo. It notes that the articles used in this symposium issue of the journal were based from the demonstrations of the conference in April 2008.
