- Abstract
The article presents a study which aims to compare the compare the procedure of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) with Amplatzer duct occluder-I (ADO-I) in children, a transvenous closure which is directed by aortic access through femoral artery. It mentions that guidance of transthoracic echocardiography was taken for research purpose. It concludes that percutaneouse PDA closure via ADO-I can be a chosen for patients whose femoral artery is not accessible.
