- Abstract
The author discusses a proposal for judicial selection in Oregon citing reference to a symposium entitled "State Judicial Independence: A National Concern" and conducted by School of Law at the Seattle University, Seattle, Washington, D.C. According to him, the special interest financing of judicial elections may dangerously strike out the trust and confidence of public in the impartiality of the judiciary.
