- Abstract
The article focuses on the impact of selling the entire claims of injured person to the law firm on the claimants and the plaintiffs' attorneys. Topics discussed include economic reasons responsible for prohibiting the sale of mass tort personal injury claims to attorneys, regulation of sales of the mass tort claims to any investor or purchasers and need of amendments in the rules related to legal ethics. It further discusses the fee agreements managing the attorney-client relationships.
