- Title
VENTURE CAPITAL, AGENCY COSTS, AND THE FALSE DICHOTOMY OF THE CORPORATION.
- Authors
Bartlett III, Robert P.
- Abstract
The article focuses on the research concerning the inherent dichotomy of corporations in the U.S. It was stated that dichotomy breaks the suffering from significant conflict between managers and shareholders in a public held corporation as well as intershareholder conflicts. Venture capital investment is recognized as a dynamic model to help public and private firms obscure the dichotomy and resolves conflicts which occur in corporate firms.
