- Abstract
The article provides a study to evaluate the association between job strain and arteriosclerosis in the cerebral artery, the aorta, and the carotid artery among male factory workers in Japan. The participants include 352 male factory workers between the ages of 24.9 and 55.8 years who had not been exposed to Japan's hazardous chemicals. A Japanese version of the Job Content questionnaire was used to measure job strain.
