- Abstract
The article discusses the intrinsic aspect of primary care research highlighting the safety of researchers and participants. It explores the design and conduct of primary care studies and their impact on the emotional safety and physical safety considerations of participants and researchers. It is hoped that the growing debate in primary care research will enable clinicians and researchers make more informed decisions about involving patients to enhance research quality.
