- Abstract
The article present a case study of a 59-year-old Chinese woman with two days of throat tightness, swallowing difficulty, proximal weakness and orthopnoea. It mentions Neurological examination revealed bilateral ptosis and proximal weakness with normal tone and reflexes; and also mentions she was treated with intravenous immunoglobulin, prednisolone and pyridostigmine by her neurologist.
