- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 55-year-old Chinese man who had a one-year history of painless left submandibular gland enlargement. The findings of fine needle aspiration had showed consistency with those of a reactive lymph node. The authors discuss a case of Küttner's tumour in which the patient developed an isolated buccal nerve palsy with parotid gland involvement.
