Donahue, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that an employees's religious beliefs were trumped by an employer's seniority system. In Wierman v. Casey's General Stores, the store clerk claimed that she was wrongfully discharged because of failed pregnancy. In Farmers Insurance Exchange v. Tomczik, the court ruled that the claimant failed to present the fact.
