- Abstract
The article presents the case study of a 10-year-old male patient with common atrium, single ventricle, common atrio ventricular (AV) canal, severe pulmonary stenosis. It describes the patient's condition who underwent bidirectional Glenn shunt and extra heart fenestrate Fontan operation. The patient was diagnosed with cyanosis arising from the Fontan surgery with a large fistula from the left hepatic vein to the atrium.
