- Abstract
The article presents informs that the National Association for Music Education2012MENC of the U.S. that is creating an unsolvable confusions for learners. It informs that the articles in the first half of the last century focused on issues of musical independence, curriculum and grading while the discussions comprises of the concerns about tensions between uniform curricular goals and artistic freedom and teacher. It further informs that the retention rate for over-learned associations and constantly reviewed factual materials and skills is very high.
