- Abstract
The article discusses immigrant workers' rights in the U.S. and fair compensation under the nation's Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) as of April 2012, focusing on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit's ruling in the case Salazar v. Butterball LLC which deals with the wages earned by meatpacking plant workers. The changing clothes exclusion contained in Section 203(o) of the FLSA is also addressed.
