The article presents an overview of a study on a collaboration-led research culture that moves beyond the rhetoric of innovation, entrepreneurship, and creativity for both individuals and teams of researchers involved in a research project. The researcher has emphasized the need to identify distinct skills and knowledge through experiments and discovery. The author recommends a research-creation program that encourages the link between research and development.
