- Abstract
The article focuses on the graduate fellowships in social work that will be awarded by the National Urban League. The Carnegie Corporation of New York has offered a grant of $300,000 for the fellowship, which serves the purpose of training more professional staff for the Urban League and will be given to people seeking social work as a career, especially to those interested in community organization, vocational guidance and counseling, personnel administration, labor relations, economics, and social research. The various types of fellowships and their prospects have been highlighted.
