This article discusses research being conducted on human resource development issues by individuals at the University of Texas at Austin Center for the Study of Human Resources. This article also lists researchers who contributed to these studies, including an investigation by Ray Marshall and Karen Davis focused on examining health care problem in rural areas of the southern U.S., Robert Glover and Paula Webre's research concerning the labor market and college students, particularly focusing on the placement of minority women in management positions.
