- Abstract
The article presents the case study of a 13-month-old girl presenting with lethargy, vomiting and spontaneous limb movements. It discusses that magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain revealed a vein of Galen aneurysm that compressed the third ventricle and the aqueduct, with secondary triventricular hydrocephalus. The use of endoscopy in the treatment of the hydrocephalus is discussed.
