- Abstract
SUMMARY The temperature and magnetic field dependence of 526-GHz submillimeter wave propagation characteristics in surface waveguide utilizing an n-InSb slab as plasma material have been studied experimentally and theoretically. The results of theoretical analysis indicate that a surface wave resonance occurs and nonreciprocity of more than 27 dB/mm appears in the transmission in an applied magnetic field
