- Abstract
The article presents a study which compares the sublimation rates calculated from an Automatic Weather Station (AWS) 16 and existing time series at the Belgian research station Princess Elisabeth in Dronning Maud Land, East-Antarctica. It mentions that each AWS records pressure (p), wind speed (u), and direction (WD). It shows that the rates of sublimation at AWS 16 are two to three times lower compared to AWS 5 and 6.
