- Abstract
In the Song Dynasty, Xie Tiao had gradually become a symbol -- a landscape poet and an image of official hermit of Xuancheng. People in the Song Dynasty accepted Xie Tiao as a landscape poet. It is known to all that people in the Tang Dynasty sang the praises of the "pureness and freshness" in Xie Tiao' s poems. But people in the Song Dynasty like to appreciate Xie Tiao's poems from new perspectives, trying to find something new between the lines. Because Li Bai, Tao Yuan Ming, Mei Yaochen and Yang Wan li had the greatest esteem for Xie Tiao, his poems were well accepted in the Song Dynasty.
