- Abstract
The article presents information about various electrophysiology equipments. Under slow discharge, the output of the Li/P batteries is generally much lower than expected. The ratio of effective capacity delivered to specified total capacity, or efficiency, is particularly low in the CRC 800 series. With respect to the Mallory Li/Pbl2 batteries, the Coratomic L-500 problem has been settled but not that of the Ovalith 300, 900 and 1600 or of the Intermedics 221-01 and 222.01. During the threshold test phase the output capacitor has to be charged or discharged in order to obtain the correct amplitude. This will be visible as small charging artifacts on the EKC-strip.
