- Title
Investigation of thixotropy behavior of crude oil-Polyacrylamide emulsions.
- Authors
Ghannam, Mamdouh T.
- Abstract
The article investigates the thixotropy behavior of crude oil-polyacrylamide emulsions and examines two polyacrylamides of Alcoflood polymers. The findings showed that the crude oil-polymer emulsions behave in an antihixotropy response for the polymer aqueous solutions. The researcher also noted an increase in the yield of stress values of the crude oil-polymer emulsions when combined with polymer concentration for ascending and descending cycles.
