- Abstract
The article presents a study on core-shell structure nanofibers fabricated by coaxial electrospinning and biodegradable copolymer P(LLA-CL) as shell and bovine serum albumin (BSA) as core. It used scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy to describe morphology and microstructure of the nanofibers. It measured release behavior of BSA by an ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, with results showing that BSA could release from P(LLA-CL) nanofibers in a steady manner.
