- Abstract
The article provides historical information on the Kinzua Bridge State Park in north central Pennsylvania and looks at how it is interpreted after its destruction by an F1 tornado in July 2003. It looks back at the construction of the bridge in 1881, the commercial use of the viaduct, and operation of excursion trains. It highlights the interpretive management plan developed for the Kinzua Bridge State Park that included public and school programs and a park office/visitors' center.
