- Abstract
The article focuses on the impact of the Minnesota Supreme Court's decision in the case State v. Ness on the on criminal defendants' rights in the Domestic Abuse No Contact Order (DANCO) proceedings. Topics discussed include development of domestic violence law in Minnesota, domestic abuse, harassment, stalking, violation of an existing order for protection as an underlying facts of Ness and constitutional challenges against the DANCO statute.
