- Abstract
We analyzed the changes in the number of publications, the status of authorship and institutional cooperation, and the evolution of research themes in the field of electrostatic spinning in China based on CNKI database using CiteSpace visual metrics, and compared with the international research themes in the years from 2018 to 2022. The volume of domestic authors' publications in the field of electrostatic spinning showed a trend of increasing year by year; the local density of author co-occurrence network was large, and the overall density was small; there was close cooperation between universities involved in electrostatic spinning research. The research in electrospinning field in China is mainly focused on the preparation of fibers and the application of nanofibers in the fields of biomedicine, air filtration, water treatment, energy devices, protection, sensing, etc., which is similar to the international research hotspot of electrostatic spinning.
