- Abstract
The article reports developments in the efforts by the global health care sector to align health care to a person-focused, individually tailored, and goal-oriented model of care as of July 2018. Also cited are the need to compromise the biomedical, patient and professional views on the elements of best care to make effective decisions, as well as the four components of best quality generalist practice including the goals of care, data use, and quality of care assessment.
