- Abstract
The article discusses a study to implement a magnetic resonance imaging-based lung morphometry to assess pulmonary diseases in mice. It focuses on the reliability of the information on the geometry and microstructure of airways. It explains the potential of the technique as a noninvasive procedure in the diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases.
