- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a male infant eutrophic at birth developing severe respiratory distress that required non-invasive ventilation support and oxygen therapy. Further clinical investigation revealed axial hypotonia, congenital myxoedema, cutaneous jaundice, large fontanels, and mild macroglossia.
