- Abstract
The article presents a study regarding the effects of pesticides exposure on the hematological responses of factory workers. The study investigated workers who were exposed for varying durations in one of the major pesticide manufacturing and formulating factories of Bhopal, India where organophosphorus and organochlorine are manufactured and formulated on large scale. The study has found that the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and total leucocyte count (TLC) were significantly affected.
