- Abstract
The article presents a study on the effects different temperature levels on the acute toxicity of organochlorine pesticides to European eel (Anguilla Anguilla). The study observes that an increase in organochlorined pesticide toxicity is associated with the increase and decrease in water temperature. It suggests that lindane and endosulfan applications at various levels of environmental temperature are hazardous to European eel.
