- Abstract
The article discusses research being done on a feedback regulation mechanism by the transcription factor PU.1. It references a study by H. Y. Keuh and colleagues which appeared in a 2013 issue of "Science." Results of the study showed that PU.1 synthesis rates during myeloid differentiation led to an increase in cell cycle length. The study also observed downregulation of PU.1 expression during B cell differentiation.
