- Abstract
In teaching and research activities, on-site learning ability has become an inseparable ability of teachers. Teachers'on-site learning ability has the characteristics of situationality, embodiment and immediacy, and attaches importance to the conscious experience, meaning generation and creative practice in the process of on-site learning. In teaching and research activities, there is still a weakening phenomenon of teachers'on-site learning ability, which is manifested as follows: teachers lack self-awareness, conscious participation, and unconscious participation is almost lost; teachers'sense of experience is insufficient, and it is difficult to synthesize the information obtained by observation, listening and touching; teachers'creativity is weak, and it is difficult to achieve the integration and transformation between multiple sites. The recommendations are as follows: integrating teaching and research activities into daily life to arouse teachers'awareness of on-site teaching and research, restoring the original state of teaching and research activities to enhance the sense of experience of teachers'on-site teaching and research, making teaching and research activities return to the source of practice to achieve creative breakthroughs in on-site teaching and research.
