- Abstract
The article focuses on court decisions involving the status of the comprehensive plan in the U.S. land use regulatory process for the year ending September 30, 2010. In Hen-nen v. Town of Pomfret Planning and Zoning Commission case, the court upheld the town's actions on the basis of the record without regard to any separate plan. In the Zweber v. Scott County Board of Commissioners case, the court found no enforceable standards for the county's denial based on interconnectivity grounds.
