- Abstract
The author deals with the provisions on marine scientific research under the Draft United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS III). He gives particular focus on the situation in the U.S. as the country is playing a major role in worldwide marine research. He discusses some problems and opportunities in marine research.
